Annual
Annual Programme

Annual Programmes are run during the academic year from September to June and are devised to cover all 9 JEMS character focuses. 10 modules taught across 38 weekly classes are offered to children starting from Pre-Nursery to Primary 6.

The programme also includes community service opportunities and culminates in an annual make-a-difference campaign fundraiser planned and hosted by JEMS students for a chosen charitable organisation. Students learn and understand the needs of others and determine ways to help.

Service Learning

A firm belief at JEMS is that having compassion leads to action and this is modeled in teaching students to take action in making contributions to our community. Annual charity events are organised to teach our students about a particular charity, bring out the charity's cause and its needs, and raise funds to support those needs. Every year, students raise over $100, 000 to help a local charity.

JEMS values partnerships with charities in Hong Kong. Community outreaches are embedded into our Core Level Annual Programme and Summer Programmes.

These experiential learning opportunities are the best way for students to learn more about character focuses, such as giving, empathy, and compassion.

Our community partners include:

Playright

HK Rehabilitation Power

Make-A-Wish HK

Ebenezer School & Home for the Visually Impaired

The Society for the Relief of Disabled Children

St. James Settlement
